How to Register

Registration is completely free. The quickest and easiest way to sign up is by email. Please send us an email including the following details:

  • Full names of all participants;
  • Your (cell) phone number for urgent contact only;
  • The name of the course you wish to enroll in;
  • Your preferred start date and time (if not already scheduled);
  • Type of lessons: (1) scheduled, (2) private, (3) family, (4) group, (5) corporate, or (6) other.

We will respond within 24 hours. Thank you!

Payment Methods

You may pay using any of the following options:

  • INTERAC e-Transfer: Send your payment to our email address at ChineseLanguageCentre.net@gmail.com .
  • Cheque or Money Order: Please contact us for detailed instructions before sending your payment.
  • Gift Certificate: Provide us with your gift certificate number. If there is any remaining balance, it can be paid using one of the other payment methods.

We will confirm receipt of your payment by email as soon as it is received.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration for all lesson types necessitates full upfront payment and is strictly non-refundable.
  2. Your registration will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
  3. Missed or unattended classes, including all private lesson formats, are non-refundable and cannot be made up. No exceptions will be granted.
  4. For all private and family lessons, a minimum of 24 hours' email notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation. Without this required notice, the lesson will count as a completed lesson.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any class at our discretion. In such cases, you may either reschedule or receive a credit toward a future registration.
  6. A credit is valid for 365 days from the date it is offered and must be redeemed within that same period.
  7. All private lesson packages must be completed within 365 days of the start date; To avoid expiration, they must be completed within this one-year period.
  8. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Please do not register unless you accept all the terms and conditions. If you have any questions, contact us before registering.
