How to Register

Registration is completely free. The quickest and easiest way to sign up is by email. Please send us an email including the following details:

  • Full names of all participants;
  • Your (cell) phone number for urgent contact;
  • The name of the course you wish to enroll in;
  • Your preferred start date and time (if not already scheduled);
  • Type of lesson: (1) scheduled, (2) private, (3) family, (4) group, (5) corporate, or (6) other.

Payment Methods

You may pay using any of the following options:

  • INTERAC e-Transfer: Send your payment to our email address at ChineseLanguageCentre.net@gmail.com .
  • Cheque or Money Order: Please contact us for detailed instructions before sending your payment.
  • Gift Certificate: Provide us with your gift certificate number. If there is any remaining balance, it can be paid using one of the other payment methods.

We will confirm receipt of your payment by email as soon as it is received.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Full payment is mandatory for all lesson types to finalize registration.
  2. Your registration will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
  3. All registrations are non-refundable.
  4. No credits or make-up lessons will be provided for missed or unattended classes, including those booked using gift certificates or credits. No exceptions.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any class at our discretion. In such cases, you may either reschedule or receive a credit toward a future registration.
  6. Additional charges for teaching materials and/or supplies may apply, depending on the lesson. Please email us for more information.
