Registration is free of charge. The best and easiest way to register is through email. Please email us with the following information:
- Full names of all the participants;
- Your (cell) phone number in case we have to contact you;
- The name of the course you would like to take;
- Start date and time you would prefer;
- Type of the lessons: (1) private, (2) family, (3) group, (3) corporate, or (4) live online lessons.
We will get back to you within 24 hours. Thank you.
Payment can be made through any of the following methods:
- INTERAC e-Transfer (if you bank online): Please use our email address (i.e. ChineseLanguageCentre.firstname.lastname@example.org) to proceed.
- Cheque or Money Order: Please contact us for detailed instructions.
- Gift Certificate: Please let us know the number of your gift certificate. Balance owing, if any, can be paid through the other payment methods.
- PayPal: Use the above mentioned email. Please note: a 5% processing fee applies to all transactions made via PayPal.
We acknowledge receipt by email as soon as your payment is received.
- To complete a registration, the full payment is required for any types of lessons.
- Your registration is only confirmed when the full payment is received.
- All registrations are non-refundable, however, credit may be available, some conditions apply.
- No credits are offered for any missed or unattended lessons including the lessons booked with gift certificates or credits. No exceptions.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or postpone a class and if this occurs, you may either (1) reschedule; or (2) get a credit towards future use.
- There might be some charges for teaching materials and/or supplies, depending on the lessons you take. Please email us for details.
